About the role
Bilinski’s Sausage Co., a leader in producing high-quality, all-natural sausages, is seeking Packers with food‑manufacturing experience for its Cohoes, NY facility. The position involves hands‑on production work in a manufacturing environment. NOTE: This is a refrigerated work space, with temperatures generally around 35 degrees. We have a no facial hair policy and no jewelry policy for all production and warehouse positions.
Responsibilities
- Stand for the work day
- Work in variable temperatures (cold, wet, humid, etc.)
- Lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs. without assistance throughout the day
- Complete hand and wrist motions
- Maintain a consistent and acceptable work pace
Requirements
- High‑level proficiency with iPads and computer terminals
- Bilingual ability encouraged

Pay
Weekly pay starting at $18.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 shift differential for the 2nd shift only.
Schedule
1st shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm (or until finished with mandatory overtime as daily schedule requires).
2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 pm – 11:30 pm (or until finished with mandatory overtime as daily schedule requires).
