About the role

Bilinski’s Sausage Co., a leader in producing high‑quality, all‑natural sausages, is seeking Packers with food‑manufacturing experience at its Cohoes, NY facility. The position involves hands‑on production work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Stand for the work day
• Work in variable temperatures (cold, wet, humid, etc.)
• Lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs. without assistance throughout the day
• Complete hand and wrist motions
• Maintain a high level of proficiency with iPads and computer terminals
• Work at a consistent and acceptable work pace
• Bilingual ability is encouraged

Requirements

• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to work in variable temperatures (cold, wet, humid, etc.)
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs. without assistance
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
• Proficiency with iPads and computer terminals
• Ability to maintain a consistent work pace
• Bilingual ability preferred
• Note: This is a refrigerated work environment (≈35 °F); no facial hair and no jewelry permitted on the production floor

Pay

Pay is weekly, starting at $18.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 shift differential for the 2nd shift only.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday‑Friday, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm (or until finished with mandatory overtime as daily schedule requires)
• 2nd Shift: Monday‑Friday, 2:30 pm – 11:30 pm (or until finished with mandatory overtime as daily schedule requires)
