Bilinski’s Sausage Co. is seeking Packers experienced with food manufacturing for its Cohoes, NY facility. The positions involve hands‑on production work in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Stand for the work day
• Work in variable temperatures (cold, wet, humid, etc.)
• Lift and move a minimum of 50 lb without assistance throughout the day
• Complete hand and wrist motions
• High‑level proficiency with iPads and computer terminals
• Maintain a consistent and acceptable work pace
• Bilingual ability encouraged

Pay

Pay is weekly, starting at $18.00 per hour. A $1.00 shift differential is added for 2nd shift employees.

Schedule

• 1st Shift – Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm (or until mandatory overtime is completed)
• 2nd Shift – Monday – Friday, 2:30 pm – 11:30 pm (or until mandatory overtime is completed)

Note: Work is performed in a refrigerated space (approximately 35 °F). A no‑facial‑hair and no‑jewelry policy applies to all production and warehouse positions.
