Packer - Night Shift

About the role

This position is responsible for manufacturing, packaging, and shipping quality brushes and rollers in accordance with standard efficiency and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment including but not limited to baggers, drop sealers, and zip sealers
• Pack rollers according to work orders utilizing various packaging materials such as plastic bags, boxes, etc.
• Read and follow instructions in all areas of the production floor, manufacturing, packaging, shipping, & receiving, etc.
• Monitor quality of product in manufacturing and packaging areas
• Use computers to enter data for work associated tasks
• Participate in housekeeping activities that reflect a safe and clutter‑free work environment
• Continuously advocate and practice the principles of the safety program
• Participate in site safety committee meetings and activities
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned
• Adhere to attendance policy
• Position requires contact with other employees, operation of heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value; such access may be supervised or unsupervised, necessitating a criminal history review.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have at least (1) one year of work experience operating machinery in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment
• Have experience with fine manipulation (such as sewing, cutting hair or related activities)
• Have at least one (1) year of work experience monitoring quality of raw materials and/or finished goods

Pay

• Shift differential: $1.00/Hour (Night Shift)
• Eligible for performance‑based bonus per Company plans

Schedule

• Night Shift: 6:00 pm – 6:00 am
• Training Schedule: Day Shift 6:00 am – 6:00 pm, approximately 2‑4 weeks
