Responsibilities

• Package product at a rate of speed equal to the established production rate.
• Palletize/hand stack finished product.
• Label and fold of boxes.
• Operate various types of material handling equipment.
• Perform any other work as assigned by supervisor.
• Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF Requirements.
• Perform all positions of rotation, if applicable.
• Work overtime and/or weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to push/pull/lift with arms below waist, at shoulder, or above shoulder level up to 40 pounds.
• Flex/grip with wrists/hands occasionally (less than 5 flexion/minute).
• Reach high and low levels frequently.
• Move from one area of production to another.
• Visually inspect product.
• Minimum rehire waiting period of 180 days for former Tyson employees, limited to 3 times of employment.
• Relocation assistance not eligible.
• Successful completion of background check if required for the role.
• Hourly applicants must complete the required task after submitting the application.

Pay

Starting pay: $19.85 per hour, plus $1.10 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift placement.

Schedule

Facility operates six days a week; work shift is 2ND SHIFT.
