About the role

This position involves packaging product neatly and correctly in cartons with consistent quality and accurate count. Duties include box making, line inspecting, and palletizing. The role requires repetitive motion, standing for extended periods, and working in temperatures ranging from 39°F to 90°F for up to 8–10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Pack product neatly and correctly in cartons with consistent quality and accurate count.
• Perform box making, line inspecting, and palletizing tasks.
• Stand, walk, reach, and perform twisting motions on a consistent basis.
• Stand in one spot for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. when required.
• Work in extreme temperatures ranging from 39°F to 90°F for up to 8–10 hours per day.
• Follow verbal directions from Line Coordinator, Quality, and Management.
• Clean packaging area routinely before breaks, including returning white coats to the coat room.
• Report all possible deficiencies or practices that could compromise food safety.
• Complete paperwork for palletizing and tracking pallets.
• Perform line inspection on the raw side or ready-to-eat side.

Pay

$18.45 per hour for 1st Shift.

Schedule

• 1st Shift hours: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, every other Saturday.
