Packer (General labor) - 1st Shift - Bulk - Demopolis

Essential Functions

• Fryer Grader - Broken Stick Observation: Observe stick bar assemblies, monitor for broken sticks, count and notify about them.
• Fryer Grader - Post Fryer/Pre-Freezer: Remove B-grade product, place in condemn barrel, notify when barrel is full.
• Packer: Pack frozen corndogs, visually inspect, grade product, perform other duties.
• Product Inspector: Inspect product for quality, notify leadership of abnormalities.
• Stacker: Stack cases, maintain quality and safety standards, transport with pallet jack.
• Supply Attendant: Maintain PPE supply room, clean areas, distribute PPE, notify management of inventory.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and E-verify.
• Read and write English, basic math skills, reliable transportation.
• Able to communicate with all levels, minimal supervision, decision-making ability, sanitation knowledge, leadership, safe working habits, forklift/pallet jack operation, PPE wearing.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for up to 10 hours on a wet concrete floor.
• Withstand cold (40-48 degrees) and hot (80+ degrees) environments.
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
