About the role
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Packer to join our team in Jackson, OH. This position offers a retention bonus of up to $250.00.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a 1st shift from 3:30am-3:30pm and a 2nd shift from 3:30pm-3:30am. Additional hours may be required.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Must be able to work with latex gloves, airborne seasoning, cardboard dust, cleaning solutions, and hot water
- Must be able to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Must complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen, as well as a preplacement screening which tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
- Assemble and label boxes to be filled with products off the production line
- Ensure proper seals, codes, dates, and prices on product bags and cases are correct
- Take defective products off the production line
- Clean and sanitize the work area and plant equipment
- Ensure that manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system, including production orders, materials, and finished goods
- Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data, including production status, material usage, and equipment maintenance
- Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system, including raw material consumption, machine usage, labor hours, and quality control data
- Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with the necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment
- Other ERP responsibilities and other duties as assigned
