About the role

This position involves measuring, weighing, counting, and packaging products and materials while ensuring all specifications are met. Work is performed in shop conditions that can exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Essential functions

• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials
• Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure packing specifications are met
• Ensure all documentation is kept with the materials
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records
• Seal containers or materials using stretch wrap, tape, and other packaging materials
• Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools
• Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas using cleaning solutions and hand tools
• Follow instructions from supervisor pertaining to specific instructions or tasks
• Ensure integrity of parts after processing (damage, scratches, etc.)
• Visually inspect parts to ensure the process has been completed correctly
• Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule

Full Time, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

Pay

$18.00 per hour
