Responsibilities

• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
• Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.
• Safely and efficiently operate assigned equipment or machines.
• Lift and stack products.
• Maintain efficiency standards set for assigned areas.
• Maintain good housekeeping of work areas.
• Accurately record numbers or lengths of units handled or moved.
• Be able to work long hours as needed in seasonal temperatures.

Requirements

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Little to no previous work-related skills, knowledge, or experience is needed.
• Must be able to work well with others as part of a team.
• Must possess a willingness to learn and an eagerness to grow.
• Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, divide, multiply).
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to use a calculator.

Schedule

• Night shift - Monday to Thursday, 5:45 pm - 6:00 am
• Day shift - EOWEO/2-2-3; 5:45 am - 6:00 pm
• Shift Premium: Night shift - $0.50/hour for night shift
