We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 🧁 Responsibilities Accurately count and package a variety of breads and desserts.Arrive on time as scheduled. Communicate any tardiness exceeding 5 minutes. A minimum of 4 hours notice for call outs.Accurately count and package a variety of pastries, breads and desserts.Monitor product quality, and communicate any concerns to the packing lead & distribution manager. Follow all food safety regulations.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Due to the nature of our business, applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays. 🧺 Requirements Available day shifts, weekends & holidays. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Can stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout shift. Basic English reading & math skills. Dependable, efficient, and team-oriented. Fast-paced, hands-on work with frequent movement, lifting, and standing for extended periods. ⚙️ Preferred Skills Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish strongly preferred. 🎁 Benefits Vacation: 1 week of paid vacation after 1 year of service. Health Insurance: Eligible after 1 month of full-time employment; we cover 50% of the lowest-cost plan.
