The Jerome site is hosting a hiring event on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Location: 540 West Nez Perce Jerome, ID 83338. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Inspect and pack product per customer specification using safe work practices.
• Notify the Operator when product does not meet quality specifications; assist with resolution.
• Read, understand, and correctly complete daily paperwork.
• Set up work area using materials as specified in the work order and replenish materials as needed.
• Absorb and assist with set-up and/or change over activities as directed.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & procedures.
• Actively engage in safety programs.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Work overtime as required.
• Satisfactory completion of training courses as determined by management.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.
• Satisfactory completion of training courses as determined by management.

Compensation

• $16.50 per hour +$2.00 shift differential for nights
• Available Shifts: (7am-7pm)-(7pm-7am)
• (rotating days and nights every 28 days, 2-2-3 schedule)
