Packer - All Shifts

About the Role

The Packer role at the Hanover location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant.

Responsibilities

• Grab Pretzel bags off the packing table and place them inside the box
• Tape the box and send it through the case labeler
• Stack
• Clean work area
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Other duties as assigned

Pay & Schedule

8-Hour Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays – $20.79/hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays – $21.29/hour (includes shift differential)
• 3rd Shift: Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with occasional Saturdays – $22.04/hour (includes shift differential)

12-Hour Rotating Shifts (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on)

• Crew A: $20.79/hour – Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Crew B: $20.79/hour – Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Crew C: $22.04/hour (includes shift differential) – Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Crew D: $22.04/hour (includes shift differential) – Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
• The ability to work overtime and weekends
