Packer- A Shift

Position Summary

This position is expected to inspect the quality of the final product after filling, which includes but is not limited to the inspection of the tube/cup from a moving conveyor system, product fill and the seal on lids. Packers will also inspect and pack the required amounts of finished products into boxes for storage and shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspecting goods as they are finished, ensuring the quality of manufactured goods
• Examining materials from suppliers before sending them to the production line
• Inspecting components, subassemblies, and assemblies
• Performing quick visual inspections
• Ability to pack items from a moving conveyor system
• Final coding verification on product and final packaging
• Must be capable of standing on your feet for periods of 10 hours per shift, with exceptions of breaks or lunches, and maintain an acceptable pace of operations
• Maintain clean and safe work environment

Pay

$14.50 - $16 USD per hour
