We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Packaging Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are packaged efficiently and meet quality standards. Responsibilities

• Package various products considering factors such as product protection and cost effectiveness.
• Build and assemble wooden shipping crates to safely prepare products for shipment.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of packaged products.
• Cross-check products with order details to ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Monitor packaging processes and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of packaging specifications and processes.

Skills And Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in packaging.
• Knowledge of packaging materials and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills.
