Packaging Operator - Industrial Arts Brewing Company

About the role

Join Industrial Arts Brewing Company as a Packaging Operator. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in our 70,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility. Our brewery focuses on quality, efficiency, and food safety, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the facility is clean and ready for operation by completing the Master Sanitation Schedule documentation.
• Participate in all aspects of packaging operations, including keg cleaning, filling, can line operations, labeling, date coding, clean-in-place, quality assurance, general facilities, maintenance, shipping, and receiving.
• Communicate effectively across teams and adapt to various tasks.
• Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to anticipate team and product needs, troubleshoot during production.

Requirements

• Able to lift/carry 44-pound boxes and 55-pound bags daily.
• Able to stack finished goods pallets up to 2,000 cases per day.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have computer literacy (MS Word, Excel), and be able to learn and navigate HMI's.
• Must have forklift certification provided by the employer.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a love for detail and organization, as documentation and record keeping are critical in our cGMP facility. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
