Schedule
12-hour shifts, 6 am to 6:30 pm, on a 2-2-3 rotation working every other weekend.

Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot multiple types of packaging equipment, including but not limited to:
- Carton erectors
- Partition inserters
- Product inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU)
- Foil dispensers
- Top closers
- Palletization equipment
- Manual responsibilities:
- Loading, building, and making boxes
- Hand packaging of bottles
- Loading labels
- Maintenance:
- Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations
- Material Handling: Loading/unloading packaging materials such as corrugate, containers, or other raw materials
- Documentation: Accurately document records of finished goods, packaging specifications, or any visual quality checks
- Perform changeovers of diverse packaging equipment (e.g., case erector, partition inserter, top sealer)
- Apply correct labels
- Perform quality checks consisting of visual inspection of overall product, labels, and packaging integrity for defects
- Housekeeping
- Perform autonomous maintenance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
- Capable of lifting 55 pounds and standing for a minimum of 12 hours
- Able to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously
- High cleanliness standards for the machines and work area
