Job Description: Packaging QA / Form Fill QA Specialist - Seasonal Location: Philadelphia, PA Schedule: 4�10-hour shifts Pay: $35.38-$43.79/hour depending on shift and experience We are seeking Quality Assurance Specialists for a seasonal opportunity providing real-time QA oversight during aseptic formulation and filling operations in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Shifts and Pay 1st Shift: 5:45 AM-4:15 PM, Tuesday-Friday $35.38-$39.81/hour2nd Shift: 3:45 PM-2:15 AM, Monday-Thursday $38.92-$43.79/hour Responsibilities Provide QA oversight of aseptic processing and formulation/filling operations.Perform personnel monitoring within aseptic processing areas using the MODA system.Perform Environmental Monitoring (EM) sampling and inspection of finished drug product.Conduct real-time review of logbooks and GMP documentation.Support quality investigations and resolution of quality issues.Ensure manufacturing activities are performed in compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and approved standards.Partner with Formulation/Filling and Quality teams to ensure consistent application of quality systems.Execute QA processes to support product and document flow.Maintain current training and complete all assigned activities according to established procedures.Identify and report potential compliance issues.Support process improvement and waste-reduction initiatives using Lean principles.Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a science or technical field, such as Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong computer skills.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to identify issues and speak up when something is wrong.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Experience Pharmaceutical industry experience in a GMP-regulated role.Experience with aseptic techniques.Previous Quality Assurance experience in manufacturing or packaging. Additional Requirements Contractors must follow required PPE guidelines. Makeup, jewelry, nail polish/fake nails, and eyelash extensions are not permitted.Minimum 20/20 vision required.Prescription glasses may be worn during the vision examination. $35.00 - $43.00 / hr LI23 LILive24
