What You’ll Do
- Support machine troubleshooting and collaborate with operators.
- Participate in trial work for new equipment, parts, and product SKUs.
- Create and maintain machine recipe settings for production.
- Partner with Maintenance, PCT, and E&I teams for escalated issues.
- Be available across shifts for machine-related needs.
- Participate in trial and validation activities for Cell 6/6.2.
- Coordinate with supporting departments for new item setup, validation, and trial requirements.
- Track and maintain trial documentation.
- Assist with onboarding new equipment, including FAT and first-run testing (occasional travel).
- Support PM activities and documentation.
- Backup scheduling and tracking of PM dates and requirements.
- Record and report PM findings and follow-up actions.
- Act as a technical resource for new and existing associates.
- Help maintain training materials for machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Adjust training schedules as needed across all shifts.
- Assist with technical onboarding of new talent.
What You Bring
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of machine operator experience (or equivalent).
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office for tracking and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a diverse team.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and follow established procedures.
- Experience with JDE, DocuShare, or machine recipe entry is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, and twisting.
- Occasional lifting (10–50 lbs), squatting, kneeling, pushing/pulling, reaching, driving, and forklift operation.
- Must be able to perform job functions within a manufacturing plant environment.
