Packaging Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform normal operating routines
• Operate packaging equipment to ensure efficient operation
• Monitor packaging line for continuous flow and adjust as necessary
• Conduct visual inspections of products every 35 minutes
• Retrieve and manage required materials to maintain efficient packaging
• Clean up packaging areas and assist with set-up activities
• Adhere to quality and safety procedures and GMP compliance standards
• Minimize equipment stoppage and idle time
• Communicate events affecting packaging schedules promptly
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm standards
• Participate in cross-functional teams and complete on-the-job training
• Work shifts and overtime as required

• Initial passing certification from the training program
• Able to communicate effectively with team members
• Punctual and professional demeanor
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations

Additional Information

• Contractors must follow correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines as outlined by the firm
• Candidates must provide reliable transportation for their scheduled shift
