Packaging Operator

Job Summary

Medical Devices Company is seeking a Packaging Operator for a 12-month contract position in Mebane, NC. The position requires a minimum of 6 months of industry work experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours including static or rotating shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

- Manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products. - Finished product packaging to meet customer, internal, clinical, and other demands. - Compliance with procedures and Quality specifications during packaging. - Documentation of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts. - Simple mathematical calculations and inventory counting. - Participation in safety audits and routine cleaning of packaging stations and equipment. - Adherence to personal protective equipment and product contamination control protocols. - Handling of hazardous waste as necessary.

Requirements

- High school diploma or GED. - Industry work experience of at least 6 months. - Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills. - Flexible scheduling ability, including static or rotating shifts and overtime. - Basic computer skills and software proficiency for general business functions. - Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Qualifications

- Must be a US Citizen, GC Holder, GC EAD, OPT, EAD, or CPT holder.
