Key Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, and operate a variety of production and packaging machines
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform preventive maintenance
- Conduct quality inspections on in-process and finished goods; remove defective products
- Accurately complete production, defect, and shipping documentation in SAP
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems, drive results, and share process updates
- Maintain a clean and safe work area; follow all safety protocols
- Support multiple assignments and departments as needed; demonstrate flexibility
- Track and replenish packaging materials to minimize downtime
- Participate in performance dialogues and team problem-solving activities
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Ability to grasp, lift and carry product weighing up to 15 lbs frequently and 65 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90% of the time
- Ability to reach, twist, bend, perform repetitive hand/wrist motion, and use fine motor skills 90% of the time
- Ability to occasionally work at or above shoulder level
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic math, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to understand the computer and ordering systems and successfully operate both systems
- Ability to set up area and work under pressure to meet production targets
- Ability to understand and follow established safety procedures
- Ability to accept other duties as assigned
- Ability to learn and retain knowledge
- Ability to work as a team member
Pay
Total hourly rate: $22.60
Schedule
Second Shift (3:30pm - 12:00am), Monday through Friday
