About the role
The Bagging Room Operator supports production operations in our manufacturing facility. Key responsibilities include operating and cleaning bagging equipment, recognizing equipment issues, completing production and sanitation documentation, and supporting general sanitation.
Responsibilities
- Operate and clean bagging equipment
- Recognize and report equipment issues
- Complete production and sanitation documentation
- Handle cleaning compounds appropriately
- Support general sanitation throughout the plant
- May be cross-trained on additional processes as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food manufacturing experience preferred
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screen
Qualifications
- Willingness to commit to safety, cleanliness, teamwork, and GMPs
