Main Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot multiple types of packaging equipment.
- Manual responsibilities include: loading, building and making boxes, hand packaging of bottles, loading labels.
- Maintenance includes: perform routine cleaning, and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Material Handling: Loading/unloading packaging materials such as corrugate, containers or other raw materials.
- Documentation: Accurately document records of finished goods, packaging specifications, or any visual quality checks.
- Perform changeover’s of divers packaging equipment (eg case erector, partition inserter, top sealer, …)
- Applies correct labels
- Performs quality check consisting of visual inspection of overall product, labels and packaging integrity for defects
- Housekeeping

Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Min. 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
- Capable of lifting 55 pounds and to stand for a minimum of 12 hours
- Able to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously
- High cleanliness standards for the machines and work area
Physical Demands
- The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, push and pull, reach with hands and arms and very occasionally to climb or balance.
- The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to sit.
- The employee must regularly lift and/ or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 38 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move or push /pull up to 55 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
