Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bag-in-Box Packaging Line Operator to join our 1st shift production team at Kerry Bethlehem. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring packaging equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production of bag-in-box products. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on food safety, quality assurance, and troubleshooting, while maintaining a safety-first mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bag-in-box packaging machinery to meet production targets.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Ensure packaging meets quality and food safety standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with GMP standards.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in food manufacturing or packaging preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with production systems a plus.

Compensation Data

• The pay rate for this position is $23.00 per hour.
