Job

We are seeking an enthusiastic "go-getter" to join our rapidly expanding toy company as a Packaging Mockup Associate. This role offers valuable insights into the toy industry and the opportunity to work closely with top retailers, toy designers, and business experts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create quality mockups and prototypes for toy packaging to be presented to buyers globally.
• Perform hands-on tasks such as cutting, scoring, folding, and hand-assembling packaging prototypes.
• Format artwork and finishing for printing on a wide-format printer.
• Maintain effective communication between the administrative/sales team and the art studio.
• Conduct basic maintenance on large-format printers, including cleaning, paper roll changes, and addressing mechanical issues with the supplier.
• Collaborate with the prototype team to ensure supplies are organized and stocked.
• Explore and implement new methods to enhance mockups and prototypes, keeping the department at the forefront of packaging quality.
• Cleaning and post-processing of 3D prints.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic with excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take constructive criticism.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for art and composition.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to developing innovative solutions for packaging challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to adapt positively to challenges.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suites is a plus.
