Packaging Machine Operator - Week Night

Utz Quality Foods is expanding, and we’re excited to bring new talent on board! We’re currently seeking Packaging Machine Operators to join our Week Night Shift. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging lines safely and efficiently
• Perform routine checks at shift start and throughout the day to ensure machines are running properly
• Monitor packaging quality (weights, seals, codes, pricing)
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and support maintenance as needed
• Keep accurate records of production, film usage, and quality checks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Communicate with the next shift and support teamwork across lines
• Train new operators as needed

Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to read and understand English instructions and communicate effectively with operators and maintenance personnel
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced
