About the Role

Looking for a challenging yet rewarding career with a company that produces some of the world's most recognizable products? In your role as a Packaging Machine Operator located in our Zanesville, OH plant, you will help prepare world-class products for shipment in our state-of-the-art baking and production facility.

Responsibilities

• Packing with Care – Quality packing of finished goods.
• Operating Machinery – Work with computer-controlled equipment or mechanically-based machines. Your talent for all technical things will ensure they are set up properly, working well and producing quality products.
• Managing Machine Performance – Ensure machines are stocked and working at full capacity. As a meticulous worker, you'll take care to keep our machines well-maintained as you perform periodic checks while inspecting products.
• Following Best Practices – Adhere to good manufacturing practices as you prepare equipment for production.

Requirements

• 3+ years manufacturing experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to operate machinery; mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Ability to stand for long hours and be able to lift up to fifty pounds
• Flexible with work schedule as well as overtime and holidays
• Understanding of basic math to solve problems, great multi-tasker to complete tasks and detail-oriented
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 3 or more years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.

Basic computer skills, ability to operate machinery, mechanical aptitude, ability to stand for long hours, ability to lift up to fifty pounds, flexibility with work schedule, understanding of basic math, problem-solving ability, multitasking ability, attention to detail, effective communication, following verbal and written instructions.
