About the role
The Packaging Line Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing packaging machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair packaging machinery to ensure smooth operation.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on packaging lines.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of industrial machinery.
- Experience with PLCs and other automation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Pay
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
