Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the production line
- Supervise a team of 7-10 employees
- Operate packaging equipment such as bottle fillers, canning lines, and keggers
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, SOPs, and cleanliness standards
- Create shift schedules
- Approve PTO
- Manage packaging materials
- Cookbook employee training and SOP updates
- Prepare shift reports
- Communicate with maintenance
- Compile production data
- Supervise daily tasks to maintain efficiency and quality
- Delegate tasks
- Reduce downtime
- Assist with machine operation
- Ensure a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
- Able to meet packaging targets
- Operate forklifts
- Take measurements
- Lift up to 55 lbs
- Function in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
