Responsibilities

  • Evaluates product entering packaging for quality standards.
  • Removes substandard product from the line.
  • Communicates quality issues to Line Control Supervisor for correction.
  • Packs special arrangements or selections of product.
  • Maintains counts of finished product to meet orders.
  • Operates various packaging and palletizing equipment.
  • Monitors and operates sticker machines and pattern makers.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the area.
  • Assists co-workers when systems are not running properly.
  • Improve quality and promote superior service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Related experience in food manufacturing and/or machine operating experience.
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate machinery and equipment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to consumer demand changes.

Pay

$22.05/hour - Paid Weekly! Plus $3.00/hour shift differential for working 4+ consecutive hours between 3pm-7am. Weekend Premium pay.

Schedule

Monday-Friday. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs, including working on days off and holidays. Alternate days will be substituted for any changes made.
