Job Description

Demonstrates significant attention to detail and completes work assignments accurately and on time.

Develops skills in basic tasks, techniques and procedures within one skill area / process / method.

Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps.

Works within clearly defined SOPs and / or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines.

Education

High School Diploma or GED required.

Builds understanding of processes within own work group.

Recent college graduate preferred.

Skills

Understands how assigned duties relate to those of others on the team.

Volunteers for self-development assignments when made aware of opportunities.

Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems, has limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

Takes personal accountability for one’s decision and actions and maintains an open mind to feedback.
