What You'll Do
- Inspect finished products for quality and defects
- Pack products according to customer and company standards
- Accurately count and properly package products
- Remove defective products and report quality concerns
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude helpful but not required
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Experience in a fast-paced production environment
