Engineering$95k–$115k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a description about company, then objectives, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay, schedule? There's no explicit schedule. Pay is given: "starting pay for this role is between $95,000 and $115,000." So we can include Pay section. Benefits: listed under "We Offer Competitive Salary & Excellent Benefits ..." includes medical, dental, eye health, disability, life insurance, 401K, PTO, ESPP, incentive bonus, tuition reimbursement, performance feedback, annual compensation review, etc. Also mention sick time, floating holidays, paid vacation. So Benefits section. We need headings:

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should include only those with real content. The posting includes "Objectives" which could be considered About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map sections: About the role (maybe from the introductory paragraph and objectives). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (education, experience). Skills (maybe specialized training & skills). Benefits. Pay. Schedule not present, so omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, scam warning, visa sponsorship, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So include company description? Probably part of About the role. Include objectives: "Lead and execute packaging development and sustainability initiatives..." etc. Responsibilities: list bullet points. Qualifications: Education, Experience, etc. Skills: maybe combine specialized training & skills, etc. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So responsibilities list, qualifications list? The qualifications includes education, experience, etc. Could be list. Benefits list. We need to use

for prose. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Keep all specifics. Let's extract content. Company description paragraph: "Bausch + Lomb (NYSE/TSX: BLCO) is a leading global eye health company dedicated to protecting and enhancing the gift of sight for millions of people around the world—from the moment of birth through every phase of life. We need to exclude boilerplate: EEO, visa sponsorship, scam warning, etc. Also remove duplicated lines like "U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives..." maybe part of benefits? It's about benefits. Keep it. We must not include location? Possibly part of About the role? Could be included as prose. The location is not a heading but we can include in About the role paragraph. We must not include "All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to..." that's EEO boilerplate; remove. We must not include "Our Benefit Programs: Employee Benefits: Bausch + Lomb Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time." About the role

company description + objectives + location?

    Responsibilities

    • ...
    • ...

    Qualifications

Maybe split into Education and Experience? But we can have one Qualifications section with lists. We could have

    Qualifications

    then
for education, experience, etc. But we also have Skills heading possible. The instruction list includes Skills as possible heading. We could separate Skills (specialized training & skills) as its own section. Thus:

      Qualifications

      Education: ...

      Experience: ...

      Skills

        ...

      Benefits

        ...

      Pay

Starting pay for this role is between $95,000 and $115,000.

We should not include Schedule. Check that we preserve all substantive info: company description, objectives, responsibilities, qualifications (education, experience), skills (specialized training & skills), benefits, pay. We need to ensure we didn't miss any details like "Hands-on technical expertise in a development environment required." etc. That's in experience. Also "Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments..." etc. Also "Demonstrated success building structure, defining requirements, and establishing new capabilities where none previously existed." Also "Demonstrated experience designing and qualifying sustainable packaging." Also "Medical device or FDA-regulated product experience strongly preferred." Also "Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities with experience in DOE and Design for Manufacturing." Also "Experience executing packaging sustainability programs and quantifying environmental impact through LCA or comparable methodologies preferred." Also "Must be able to develop working relationships with various internal core competencies and work as a team member." All these should be included.
