Requirements

• Experience in packaging engineering, product development, and materials optimization
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills
• Understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, testing methods, and supply chain requirements
• Ability to design, evaluate, and optimize packaging solutions based on performance, cost, and sustainability criteria
• Experience developing technical documentation, specifications, and bills of materials
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, operations, suppliers, and business stakeholders
• Knowledge of packaging industry trends, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
