Packaging Engineer

What's the Job?

Lead and contribute to planning and executing packaging projects across various types including quality, regulatory compliance, and cost savings initiatives.

Manage multiple projects with moderate complexity, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Develop testing protocols and participate in Change Control activities, collaborating with manufacturing and supplier teams.

Approve new packaging materials and systems, recommending improvements to optimize costs and performance.

Create technical specifications, drawings, and procedural documents to support packaging configurations.

What's Needed?

• B.S. in Packaging or relevant Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical) with at least 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in packaging materials and processes, problem analysis, statistical methods, and design of experiments.
• Experience with change control processes and project management in a technical environment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects independently with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
