CooperVision · Henrietta, NY · 1 mo ago
On-siteDesign$19.17–$23.17/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The job description includes a paragraph about company purpose etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. We have: - Job Summary (maybe "Job Summary" could be considered "About the role"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. So we can map "Job Summary" to

About the role

and put the summary paragraph there. - Responsibilities: we have a list of responsibilities (multiple sentences). We'll put them in
  • . - General Job Requirements: maybe "Requirements" or "Qualifications"? There's also "Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:" and "Work Environment:", "Physical Demands:", "Experience:", "Education:". We need to decide sections. We have "Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:" which includes bullet-like items: Discretion and confidentiality..., PC literate..., Packaging software’s..., Understand..., Actively participate... That's a list. We have "Work Environment:" with percentages. We have "Physical Demands:" with list. We have "Experience:" with bullet. We have "Education:" with bullet. We also have "Pay" info: starting base pay between $19.17 and $23.17 per hour. That's pay info, so we should include a Pay section. We have no explicit Benefits or Schedule beyond mention of full-time onsite work (5 days per week) and mandatory Saturdays, scheduled holidays, etc. That's schedule info. So we could include a Schedule section. We have no explicit Benefits besides maybe "other types of compensation and benefits" but not specific. So we should not create Benefits section unless specific content. The posting says "This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits." That's vague; not specific. So we should not create Benefits. We have no explicit "Skills" separate from Qualifications; but we could combine. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO etc. Remove. We need to preserve all substantive info. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's structure:

But note: The instruction says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The above includes work authorization and location etc. That's okay. Now Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Ensuring the department service levels are maintained and when able exceeding.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational requirements including department targets, OEE and Yield metrics are met.
    • Monitor, motivate and develop team members performance.

    • Manage the introduction of new product, processes, systems and machines effectively to include documentation, process accuracy and training needs for team.
    • Performs other duties as required.
Now General Job Requirements: maybe we treat as "Requirements". But we also have Qualifications etc. Could combine. We have "General Job Requirements:" paragraph: As business dictates, employees may spend 100% of the day performing one particular task or may spend 50% of the day performing 1 task and the other 50% performing a second task. Works scheduled hours and is ready to work at designated start times. As business needs dictates, works extended hours to complete daily department goals or tasks to include mandatory Saturdays. Works scheduled holidays in order to maintain service levels for Customers. Immediately informs Supervisor of safety, sanitation, and equipment malfunctions. Adapts readily to changes in workload, staffing and scheduling. Acknowledges and Complies with all company policies and procedures and all SOP’s, WI’s. Regular contact with co-workers, quality assurance, and management Exhibits strong communication skills, verbal, written and comprehension of the English language. We could put that under

    Requirements

    as a

(since it's prose). Or we could split into bullet list but it's sentences. Now Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: list. We could put under

    Qualifications

    with
      . Work Environment: maybe under

      Work Environment

but not in the allowed headings list; allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples but not exclusive? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Probably we should stick to those headings only. So we need to map content to those headings. Work Environment and Physical Demands maybe go under Qualifications or Requirements? Could be part of Qualifications. But we have separate sections for Skills maybe. We have Skills maybe from Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities. Could put under

      Skills

. But we also have Qualifications (education, experience). Let's decide: - About the role: company overview + work auth + location. - Responsibilities: as above. - Requirements: General Job Requirements (the paragraph about schedule, compliance, etc.) - Qualifications: Education + Experience (maybe also knowledge, skills, abilities?). But we also have Skills heading. We could split:

      Qualifications

      for Education and Experience.

      Skills

for Knowledge, Skills and Abilities list. Work Environment and Physical Demands maybe could be included under Qualifications or Skills? But they are not skills. Could be part of Requirements? Might be okay to add a section like "Work Environment" but not in allowed list; but the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "e.g." implies those are examples, not exclusive. However to be safe, we could incorporate Work Environment and Physical Demands into a

under Qualifications or Requirements. But we risk losing detail. Better to create a section like "Work Environment" and "Physical Demands" as headings, even if not in examples, but the instruction didn't forbid other headings; it just gave examples. It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should use those headings for those sections if present; but we can also use other headings if needed? It doesn't explicitly forbid other headings. However the instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It might be interpreted as you should use those headings for those sections; but you could also use other headings if needed. Safer to stick to those headings only. So we need to map Work Environment and Physical Demands into one of those allowed headings. Perhaps under "Qualifications" we can include a subsection? But we cannot nest headings inside

      . We could include a

with that info under Qualifications. Similarly, Pay: we have pay info. Schedule: we have schedule info (full-time onsite 5 days per week, mandatory Saturdays, scheduled holidays). That could go under Schedule. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Pay, Schedule. We'll omit Benefits. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now let's craft each section. About the role: include company description, work auth, location. Responsibilities: as above. Requirements: General Job Requirements paragraph. Qualifications: Education and Experience (maybe also "High school degree required. Associates degree preferred..." and "Experience: Strong mathematics and business experience..."). We could also include "Knowledge, Skills and Abilities" under Skills. Skills: list of knowledge, skills, abilities. Pay: pay range. Schedule: schedule details (full-time onsite 5 days per week, mandatory Saturdays, scheduled holidays, works scheduled hours, ready to work at designated start times, extended hours, etc.) Actually some schedule info is in Requirements paragraph; but we can move schedule-specific details to Schedule section, and keep Requirements more about compliance etc. However we must preserve all info; we can duplicate? Better to split: Requirements paragraph includes schedule info; but we can move schedule details to Schedule and keep Requirements focusing on compliance, policies, communication etc. However the Requirements paragraph includes schedule info; we could keep it there and not have a separate Schedule section, but we have schedule info so we should make a Schedule section. To avoid duplication, we could extract schedule sentences into Schedule and leave Requirements with the rest. Let's parse Requirements paragraph: "As business dictates, employees may spend 100% of the day performing one particular task or may spend 50% of the day performing 1 task and the other 50% performing a second task. Works scheduled hours and is ready to work at designated start times. As business needs dictates, works extended hours to complete daily department goals or tasks to include mandatory Saturdays. Works scheduled holidays in order to maintain
