Shifts

• Days: 5:20am to 5:30pm, with 3 paid breaks
• Nights: 5:20pm to 5:30am, with 3 paid breaks

Schedule

• Week 1: Monday(work), Tuesday (work), Wednesday (OFF), Thursday (OFF), Weekend (work)
• Week 2: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (work), Thursday (work), Weekend (OFF)

Key Job Requirements

• Maintain safe, clean and friendly work environment
• Visually inspect product for quality compliance
• Ensure that customer requirements are met or exceeded
• Make-up and pack boxes with respective product ensuring that product is not mixed
• Meet daily production requirements
• Properly identify each case that is packed
• Assist with grinding of scrap materials as required
• Assist with training responsibilities as required
• Other duties as necessary

Technical Competencies

• Inspection: Demonstrates attention to detail focusing on accuracy
• Communication/Teamwork: Ability to communicate effectively and work closely and productively as part of a cross-functional team
• Safety: Demonstrates ability to understand and actively participate in all company safety programs, policies and procedures
• Quality/Housekeeping: Ability to develop and maintain processes that are ISO compliant
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrates knowledge of FK products and materials and can differentiate between them
• Training: Demonstrates ability to ensure trainees follow established procedures in absence of trainer

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent experience in lieu of education
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations and without posing a threat to the health and safety of fellow employees
