Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Packaged finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Fabricate packaging materials as needed to meet production requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of packaged products to ensure quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency within the warehouse.
- Utilize logic controllers for monitoring packaging processes when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a packaging or manufacturing role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and operating pallet jacks safely.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
