Delivery Associate
About the role
STARK is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Delivery Associate to join our East Rutherford team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants steady, full-time employment with a respected luxury brand.
What You’ll Do
- Safely handle, load, and deliver premium carpets and rugs
- Navigate service entrances, elevators, and urban delivery environments
- Work closely with teammates and warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Represent STARK professionally in client homes and buildings
- Confirm completed deliveries and communicate updates to the team manager
- Adapt to daily routes and changing schedules as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with physical work and lifting heavy items
- Able to use basic delivery tools (dollies, box cutters, protective materials)
- Clear communicator and team player
- Experience with deliveries, moving, or specialty furnishings is a plus! We’re excited to train the right person
- NYC delivery experience preferred but not required
