Packager I

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Pick inventory to accurately fulfill orders
• Verify shipping instructions and shipper packet information
• Effectively package finished products manually or using various packaging equipment, in order of importance based on provided dashboards
• Stock supply orders
• Always adhere to company safety standards
• Maintain security and confidentiality of all files

Requirements

• Dependable and independent worker
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety protocols
• Acceptable criminal history background check
• Pass a drug test

Physical Demands

• Regularly lift and carry 20‑pound items
• Occasionally lift and carry 50‑pound items
• Access and navigate the production facility
• Climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and stretching

Schedule

• Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 1st Shift 7 am to 3 pm
• Occasional Saturday work as needed
• Overtime required

Work Environment

The work is performed in a warehouse environment, involving machinery with moving parts and close proximity to others. Employees must be able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
