Package Sorter (Part-Time)

About the role

This position involves working at a delivery station, preparing packages for shipment by receiving, sorting, building pallets, and transporting items for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process packages using technology such as smartphones and handheld devices.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Handle truck deliveries efficiently.
• Load conveyor belts, move packages, and stage deliveries for drivers.
• Operate equipment like carts, hand trucks, and safety gear.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Capable of standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, and bending.
• Ability to follow instructions in English.
• Ability to work around moving vehicles and in varying temperatures.

Schedule
