OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers. We are looking for individuals who possess a strong sense of empathy, enjoy assisting others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at problem-solving. As a Package Handler, you are an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. With a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols, you play a vital role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment.

Pay
$16 per hour
Schedule
Part-Time: (around 20 hours weekly) Monday to Friday, 4:30AM - 8:30AM or End of Sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Requirements
- Ability to stay on your feet while working
- Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
