About The Role

Join FRSTeam of the Ark-La-Tex as a Pack Out Technician, where you will play a crucial role in helping clients restore their homes and businesses after disasters. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives through hands-on work and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Cover thorough inventory assessments of items to be packed out and restored.
• Carefully pack, label, and transport items to our facility for cleaning and restoration.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met during the process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in the unpacking and setting up of items once restoration is complete.
• Document all items and processes accurately for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge in restoration techniques.
• Work on-site at homes & businesses affected by disasters.
• Assist in handling of delicate items for professional cleaning & restoration.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in restoration or moving preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle items with care.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
