About the role

ServiceMaster Restore by Restoration Pros is currently seeking an individual with experience in fire/smoke, water mitigation or those with detailed orientation, strong computer skills, and leadership abilities in the moving and storage industry.

Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned customers.
• Make confirmation calls according to established standards.
• Utilize the company's routing program for scheduling customer deliveries.
• Enter and input paperwork into the company's computer system using scanning technology.
• Maintain accurate and organized records.
• Perform additional clerical duties as directed.
• Handle confidential information securely.
• Proficient in Xactimate estimating software, capable of interacting with property insurance adjusters and negotiating with insurance companies.
• Bilingual - Spanish/English - Preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Show a sense of urgency, maintain a professional demeanor, possess a positive attitude, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Pass a criminal background check without felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft.
• Pass a drug test.
• Able to repetitively perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying.
• Willingness to be available for on-call duty due to 24-hour emergency services.
• Inventory and move furniture and contents from damaged properties to company facilities.
• Clean and disinfect structures affected by fire, smoke, and water damage.
• Clean structures after repair work is completed.
• Monitor, communicate, and address customer needs and concerns.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a drug test.
