PACE Program Coordinator
Job Overview
The PACE Program Coordinator position is responsible for the synchronization of all operations involved in the successful completion of PACE programs related to Growth & Expansion. Includes maintaining project plans, calendars, dashboards, and activities in addition to assisting with the budget and keeping abreast of regulatory guidelines as applicable to PACE programs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Care, and Organizational Management required.
- Work experience may substitute for the education requirement.
- Minimum of 2 years of overall experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis/project management preferred.
- Certified Associate in Project Management or Project Management Professional preferred.
- Experience in health care process improvement, data analysis, project management training, or business integration is highly preferred.
- Current license, insurance, vehicle, and the ability to commute to Los Angeles & Orange Counties and other PACE expansions.
Compensation
$68,640.00 - $85,800.00 annually
