Job Summary
The Home Care Aide will provide home care support and ensure the Plan of Care home care tasks are followed under the supervision of the PACE Home Care Liaison.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year healthcare experience with elderly preferred
- Minimum of one year working with a frail or elderly population
Other Requirements
- Valid WA State Driver’s License and proof of insurance
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or qualified Nursing Assistant Registration or qualified Home Care Aid Certification required
- Must obtain home care aide certification within 200 days of date of hire or stop working
- Bi-lingual in English and Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Taishanese, or other Asian language or dialect preferred
Hours
Mon - Sun (Variable shift between 7am - 7pm)
Pay
Competitive salary for the Seattle/Puget Sound region
Accrual of one (1) hour of sick and safe leave for every 30 hours worked, available beginning on the employee's 90th calendar day of employment.
