Responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with a physician/radiologist for assistance in clinical decision-making, case management, and evaluation of performance
• Perform radiology procedures as well as interpretations
• Provide treatment and nursing care to patients as needed
• Plan, direct, or coordinate medicine and health services in hospitals or clinic departments

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program
• No prior experience required
• Self-motivated individual who can work with little direct supervision
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams; tolerance for working with multiple people
• Good clinical expertise, communication skills, human relations skills, and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Must obtain PA License within 60 days of hire
• Successful completion of all department-specific credentialing within the first 90 days of employment
