PA or CRNP, Staff or Senior - MSP Breast Oncology, Harrisburg

About the role

This position will provide primarily outpatient breast oncology services, with minor inpatient rounding requirements at the 3 local hospitals within Harrisburg area. CRNPs are expected to obtain their advanced oncology certified nurse practitioner certification (AOCP) within 3 years of hire.

Qualifications

• Hematology and Oncology experience preferred but not required. Orientation period to hematology/oncology will be provided.
• Two to five years of clinical experience in primary care or acute care/internal medicine is desired.
• Clinical leadership and professional flexibility to adjust schedule to meet patient and staff needs.
• Ability to manage time and stress effectively and adapt to unpredictable situations within the patient care setting.
• Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong computer skills in an Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) preferred.
