Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner: Required Master's Degree
Required 3 years of relevant experience
Required current, relevant clinical experience
Required previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner
Required LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP) - State of Michigan
Required CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)
Required CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Required CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS) - Physician Assistant: Required Master's Degree
Required Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
Required LIC-Physician Assistant - State of Michigan
Required CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
Required CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)
Required CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)
Required CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Preferred Qualifications
- Operative experience preferred
- RNFA preferred
